A little about the people behind the camera
We’re a husband-and-wife team creating whimsical childhood portraits on the private estate grounds of Weston Park, on the Staffordshire-Shropshire border.
Between us, we bring two very different — and complementary — strengths.
One of us comes from a background in advertising photography, with years of experience crafting beautiful, technically polished imagery. The other brings the softness, storytelling and gentle magic that makes childhood feel like childhood.
Together, it means your photographs are both artfully created and completely natural.

As a husband-and-wife team, we work quietly alongside one another during sessions, one guiding the atmosphere, the other shaping the light. It means your experience feels relaxed and natural, but every detail is thoughtfully considered.
Most importantly, we’re parents too.
We understand the unpredictability, the energy, the shyness, the big feelings and the beautiful chaos that come with childhood. We don’t expect perfection. We simply create space for children to be themselves.

A content marketer, writer and lifelong daydreamer, Laura is the heart behind the storytelling at Little Wild Studio.
With a background in words and content strategy, she sees childhood as a series of fleeting, golden chapters worth preserving gently and honestly. Laura brings the softness: the fairies in the trees, the dinosaur egg hunts, the quiet magic woven into every session.
She’ll often be the one helping little imaginations spark, smoothing nervous moments, and making sure the experience feels calm, creative and completely unhurried.

With a background in advertising photography, Edd brings years of technical expertise and artistic precision to every session.
He has an eye for light, composition and the subtle details that elevate an image from lovely to lasting. His calm presence helps children feel at ease, allowing moments to unfold naturally rather than forcing them.
While Laura brings the whimsy, Edd ensures every photograph is beautifully crafted, timeless, polished and true to life.
